Yucca Not High on NV Voters’ List

I think Nevada political strategist Ryan Erwin has it just right with regard to Yucca Mountain as an issue in this year’s presidential campaign. Here’s what he is quoted as saying in this morning’s Reno Gazette-Journal: “When you ask (Nevada voters) to list what’s your important issue in making a decision on who to vote for, rarely is (Yucca Mountain) in the top 10, and never is it in the top five. Nevadans will base their decision on the economy, education, health care, jobs, gas prices, issues that affect them on a daily basis.”
